Rates and information applicable :
Applicable on January 1st, 2003 in Saint-Barthélémy
Age and driver license :
Minimum age : 21.
Driver's licence issued at least 12 months previously.
Payment :
For your own convenience, we advise you to pay your rental with your AVIS charge card or with Avis-approved charge card (Amex, Mastercard, Visa, Eurocard). The cost of the rental is computed in Euro. Any payment made in other convertible currencies is computed according to current AVIS exchange rates.
Rates :
Our rates include :
· Oil, maintenance, car documents.
· Civil liability, third-party and fire insurrance.
· The minimum length charged is 24 hours.
Rates may change without prior notice. Gasoline is not included in our rates.
EXTRA COVERAGE :
The renter/authorized driver and vehicle passengers are covered by third-party liability and repatriation of the car in the event of an accident. The client is liable for any material damage within the limits of a maximum amount.

Maximum liability :
The CDW reduces the amount the collision damage excess. However a maximum responsability may be charged. This sum will be reimbursed should liability of an identified third party be clearly established.
• Important
Customers are liable for any damage to the tires, wheel rims, mirrors, soft-tops and to the underside of the vehicle, as well as for tyre punctures and any towing charges (even when CDW coverage was pruchased). If keys are lost or stolen, it is necessary to replace all locks of the vehicle. The total cost of this expense will be charged to the customer.
Special equipment:
When reserving your vehicle, please inform us if you wish, at your disposal, a baby seat for your rental car period.
